In order to increase sales by expanding into the International market they asked Mr. Walter Defortuna to bring along his team of International brokers at Fortune. Mr. Defortuna has a clear startegy which is "aggressive marketing with foreign buyers, who are the majority of the market today," Mr. Defortuna said. Infinity at Brickell at 60 SW 13th Street brickell Ave. is selling lofts and one- to three-bedroom units.These condos range from $200,000 to close to $1 million — about half the original price tags. A unit selling in the $200s per square foot today used to be priced in the upper $400s. Most of the buyers that are coming from South America & Europe are either interested in second homes or purely as an investment - renting them now and eventually making a profit off of them.
